On November 30, 2022, ISC officially signed with the Innovation Institute of Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UII) at UEH Vinh Long. The goal of cooperation between ISC and UII focuses on the following 3 contents: (1) developing an incubator network and startup project incubation program, supporting incubated projects on shared workspaces , training and fostering the capacity of the founding team, connecting the project with resources to create opportunities for incubation projects to develop business plans in Ho Chi Minh City, Vinh Long and Hau Giang, ( 2) develop an innovative startup ecosystem in the Mekong Delta region through conference activities, seminars on innovative startups for the community, training and fostering on startups innovation for those in need, start-up competitions and (3) organize promotion and communication about the relationship and connection of ISC and UII in the Mekong Delta region.
UII is considered in the top 10 best innovation start-up support organizations in Southeast Asia voted by AsiaAStar 10×10. With the support of UII, it is expected that in the first quarter of 2023, ISC will deploy training activities for incubation and innovation activities in Hau Giang.
