Overview

The first private techpark at the Heart of Mekong Delta Region (Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province). ISC serves as an Innovation hub and technology incubator. It serves to:

  •       Promote advanced solutions in BPO/GSS, Agtech and STEM education
  •       Create partnerships with technology providers, research institutions and government stakeholders
  •       Drive innovation, enhance productivity, and champion sustainability in the sector

Starting in October 2023:

  •       Stage 1:
    •       Project area land: 48,000sqm and Office space: 13,500sqm
    •       People: 2,000 (2026)
  •       Currently:
    •       Office space: 4,500sqm (2024); 8,500sqm (2025)
    •       Tenant: 350 people (2024); 850 people (2025)
    •       24 x 7 x 365
