In October 2024, ISC and Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics (UEH) formalized a collaborative agreement. The primary focus of this partnership is the development and implementation of incubation, acceleration, and technology transfer consulting programs designed to support startups. Additionally, ISC will facilitate connections between the UEH innovation ecosystem and key stakeholders, including investors, investment funds, startups, research groups, innovators, and students. The overarching goal is to foster the creation of products and technology application solutions that generate tangible societal value. 

Under this collaborative initiative, ISC Saigon will provide support to technology enterprises in the nascent stages (proof of concept) of the startup process. Participating enterprises will be furnished with workspace, support, initial capital investment, and access to a network of seasoned investors and experts both domestically and internationally.

Furthermore, startup programs will be designed to assist businesses in expanding their business operations in the Mekong Delta region, particularly in the field of agricultural technology (Agtech) through connections at UEH Vinh Long and ISC Hau Giang.
