The goal of the training course is to support hotels in Vi Thanh city to improve service quality and meet room requirements according to international standards, fully funded by ISC. These are the hotels chosen by Hau Giang province to serve diplomatic corps attending the Festival from September 29, 2023 - October 1, 2023 in Vi Thanh city. It is expected that about 20 ambassadors and 17 foreign consulates general will attend this event. This is the first time Hau Giang province has organized this program to honor the Ba Ba Ao Dai of the South, with designer Minh Hanh as general director.
