Can Tho, April 8, 2026 – At 8:30 AM, DIGI-TEXX Vietnam – Hau Giang Branch, in collaboration with ISC, officially launched the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) training program for young individuals seeking career opportunities in this field. This is one of our regular initiatives dedicated to providing sustainable employment pathways.
The program features direct instruction from the professional training team of DIGI-TEXX Vietnam – Hau Giang Branch. The course spans 18 sessions (3 sessions per week, 3 hours per session), held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This training is completely free of charge, focusing on:
- Career Orientation: An introduction to the BPO industry and career advancement paths within the data processing sector.
- Technical Skills: Training in fast and accurate typing techniques.
- Data Proficiency: Methods for form recognition and identifying various data fields.
- Software Utilization: How to use specialized software and tools to support data entry tasks.
- Linguistic Recognition: Instruction on the Latin alphabet and basic handwriting recognition methods.
- Analytical Skills: Techniques for comparing and analyzing handwriting strokes.
- Hands-on Experience: Practical exposure to data processing through simulated work assignments.
