The STEAM BAKERY model, also known as STEAM in the culinary field, is an educational model of cooking practice for students officially implemented at ISC. This place is not only a creative space, helping children develop practical skills in the culinary field, but also creating excitement to help them explore the culinary world through real-life lessons. .
STEAM education is an acronym for Science (Science), Technology (Technology), Engineering (Engineering), Art (Art),and Maths (Maths) or Mathematics (Mathematics). Therefore, model STEAM BAKERY is a component of STEAM under the Art industry group. Participating in this activity will help preschool and elementary school children:

At older levels (junior high school and high school), students can also experience making traditional cakes or mixing their own cool, refreshing and healthy drinks: syrup, lemon shaved ice, bingsu, rolled ice cream, etc. Besides experiencing it themselves, the children always have the companionship and support of a team of teachers who have a lot of teaching experience, are full of enthusiasm, and are well-trained.
