Since November 2025, ISC Hậu Giang, in collaboration with its partners, has been piloting an IoT-enabled chili cultivation model for export on an area of approximately 300 m2 consisting of seven beds, each measuring 30 m2. This initiative is part of an effort to assess chili quality using an IoT control system that monitors key indicators such as pH and soil moisture, among others.

The pilot aims to evaluate key indicators related to post-harvest chili quality, and to standardize data to ensure the product meets export requirements—such as size, color, pungency (spiciness), and other criteria.
