Collaborating to Enhance Digital Human Resources: Opening Ceremony of the H10+ Digital Internship Program 2026
Can Tho, Morning of September 14, 2026, At the Hau Giang Digital Technology Park (Vi Tan Ward, Can Tho City), the H10+ Global Digital Technology Services Chapter (H10+), ISC Hau Giang, and the College of Information and Communication Technology - Can Tho University (CICT.CTU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to launch the H10+ Digital Internship Program 2026.
A Three-Way Bridge: University – Connector – Business Community
The event was honored to welcome representatives from 8 H10+ member technology companies (including WATA Software, TVT Group, 689 Cloud Solutions, Voyager, Hiptech, Cube System VN, IVS, and Digiex Group), guests, professional mentors, and a large number of students.
The Memorandum of Understanding is effective for 03 years, establishing a solid foundation for collaborative training, applied research, career orientation, and the supply of high-quality human resources between Can Tho University and the technology enterprise ecosystem at ISC Hau Giang.

A 12-Week "Hands-On" Internship Model Meeting Enterprise Standards
The core objective of this strategic partnership among H10+, ISC, and CICT.CTU is to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world market demands, enhancing job readiness for students majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, AI, Information Security, and related fields to serve the human resource needs of the Hau Giang Digital Technology Park.

The H10+ Digital Internship Program 2026 is scheduled to run for 12 weeks, implemented under a hybrid model featuring two main phases:
- Phase 1: Internship Foundation Program: Training in core technical knowledge (Programming, Backend, Database, DevOps, AI, Security) combined with soft skills, Git, and Agile methodology.
- Phase 2: Company Internship Track: Students work directly on real-world projects/use cases under 1-on-1 mentorship from engineers and technical advisors of H10+ member companies.
At the conclusion of the program, outstanding students will participate in a Demo Day to present their products, receive certificates of completion, and access direct hiring opportunities at leading technology enterprises.
