To drive digital technology adoption in agriculture, ISC has achieved a new milestone with its AIoT-integrated mushroom cultivation model. This innovation has delivered superior yields while significantly optimizing operational efficiency.

From technology to high productivity

A recent pilot involving 3,000 abalone mushroom embryos yielded highly positive results. Following a strict care protocol, the system produced over 100kg of fresh mushrooms in the first harvest. This success proves that precise environmental control shortens growth cycles and enhances product quality.

Automating the cultivation process

The core strength of this model lies in its closed-loop system, where AI and automation replace traditional manual methods:

  • Sensor Network: Collects real-time environmental data to maintain optimal conditions: temperatures of 26-28°C and humidity levels of 80-90% to stimulate continuous growth.
  • Cloud Platform: Data is uploaded for analysis to generate intelligent control commands.
  • Automated Hardware: Systems automatically manage irrigation and temperature adjustments without direct human intervention.

24/7 warning systems and sterile environments

To ensure premium standards, the greenhouse features advanced environmental processing:

  • AI Camera Management: Integrates facial, sound, and voice recognition, alongside an automated fire alarm system.
  • Sterilization & Climate Control: A combination of air conditioning, ozone generators, misting systems, and UV germicidal lamps eliminates bacteria, ensuring embryos develop in a pristine environment.

This success motivates ISC to further promote smart agriculture models to the startup community and local producers. By mastering AIoT, farmers can move beyond "relying on the whims of nature" to take full control of their production planning. Currently, ISC is finalizing automated processes for aquaculture and chili cultivation.
