Can Tho, May 16, 2026 – This morning, the Innovation Services Center (ISC), in collaboration with the Can Tho City Department of Science and Technology, Can Tho University, Can Tho University of Technology and Science, and 10 tech enterprises from the H10+ Branch (under the Ho Chi Minh City Computer Association - HCA), held a strategic meeting to discuss the implementation of the “H10+ Digital Talent Accelerator” program. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between academic training and practical industry demands, offering local students’ direct pathways to international working environments at leading digital service export enterprises.

During the session, delegates actively discussed collaborative solutions to foster stronger links between Ho Chi Minh City’s tech business community and higher education institutions in Can Tho City. The pilot phase of the program is scheduled to launch in Q2/2026 at ISC Hau Giang. It will initially target 50 information technology students through a hybrid model combining online and offline training. The curriculum is structured around 10 distinct module groups tailored to the actual deployment needs of businesses. Following the conclusion of this inaugural cohort, all participating parties will evaluate and review outcomes to refine subsequent training iterations.

Specifically, the Science, Technology, and Innovation Development Fund—backed by a charter capital of 200 billion VND—will officially commence operations to provide powerful momentum for enterprises. Concurrently, the City will finalize the legal framework for the Hau Giang Digital Technology Zone under new regulations, while enacting specific policies for talent development, semiconductor chip design, and electronic equipment manufacturing. This underscores our firm commitment to establishing Can Tho as an attractive destination for global tech investors."
