Can Tho – From May 15 to 16, 2026, the Innovation Services Center (ISC) hosted a series of hybrid training sessions (both in-person and online) tailored for university students across the Mekong Delta region who have registered for the "NoWaste Now" startup competition(https://nowaste.vietnamisc.com).
The training program was specifically designed to provide students with deeper insights into the Vietnam Carbon Credit Market and Green Technology Innovation and Adaptation (incorporating the 10R Framework and Industrial Symbiosis), presented by Dr. Ho Diep. In parallel with the live sessions, students will log into an online learning management platform for self-paced modules covering essential entrepreneurship topics: understanding users, validating market demand, developing product-market fit, and building an effective pitch deck. Following this training phase, participating teams are required to submit their finalized pitch decks in English before 11:00 PM on May 22, 2026.
According to the organizing committee's schedule, the top 6 outstanding teams will be selected to advance to the Grand Finale, which will take place on the afternoon of May 28, 2026, at ISC Hau Giang. "NoWaste Now" is a featured initiative organized under Vietnam Space Week 2026 (www.vietnamspaceweek.com), a major event taking place across Can Tho City and Ho Chi Minh City on May 31, 2026
