Can Tho, May 29, 2026 – DIGI-TEXX Vietnam – Hau Giang Branch, in collaboration with ISC, organized a certificate graduation ceremony for trainees who successfully completed the foundational skills training program designed for high-quality human resources in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
This hands-on training model is closely aligned with corporate needs, helping students develop technical expertise, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a professional environment that meets the requirements of real-world BPO projects.
Beyond enhancing the local labor force's capacity, the program expands employment opportunities, contributing to the sustainable economic development of Can Tho City and the Mekong Delta region.
The course ran from April to mid-May 2026 and was offered completely free of charge to all participants. Upon successful graduation, the trainees are directly recruited as official employees by DIGI-TEXX Vietnam – Hau Giang Branch.
Looking ahead, DIGI-TEXX Vietnam – Hau Giang Branch and ISC will continue to partner with colleges and universities across Can Tho City to roll out similar training courses, further expanding the skilled talent pool for the BPO and Global Shared Services (GSS) sectors.
