Can Tho, October 1st, 2026: Innovation Services Center (ISC, Vietnam) and Zebrafish Asset Management Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a two-way agrifood business corridor connecting Vietnam, Singapore, China, and other international markets.
This strategic partnership marks a major milestone in accelerating the commercialization of innovative agricultural technologies and expanding market opportunities for enterprises, research projects, and startups across both nations.
Connecting via the "Harvest Asia Collective" Platform
At the core of this partnership is the leverage of Harvest Asia Collective (HAC) - a cross-border agrifood collaboration platform initiated by Zebrafish. HAC serves as a bridge connecting companies, advanced technologies, research institutions, and market opportunities through practical pilots and commercial projects including of:
- Zebrafish officially recognizes ISC as a "Harvest Asia Collective Vietnam Living Lab" - a platform where we identify local industry needs, connect relevant technologies and expertise and develop practical pilots and commercial opportunities together with a primary focus on the Mekong Delta region, Vietnam. “Harvest Asia Collective Vietnam Living Lab”.
- ISC recognizes Zebrafish as its "International Ecosystem & Commercialisation Partner", responsible for connecting relevant international technology providers, industry partners, market networks and potential investment and commercialisation resources
Strategic Focus & Implementation Scope: The two parties will focus their joint efforts on key strategic domains:
- Agri-Food Tech Application: Facilitating the transfer of advanced agricultural technologies and developing specialized technology labs.
- Training & Workforce Development: Organizing vocational training programs and agricultural drone operations (drone training).

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Long Lam, Executive Chairman of ISC, shared "The collaboration between ISC and Zebrafish not only brings world-class technologies to be field-tested in Vietnam, but also serves as a launching pad to export high-quality agricultural products and solutions from the Mekong Delta to global markets through the Harvest Asia Collective network."
