The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Training Program is a foundational skills program designed to develop a high-quality workforce for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services sector. The program is jointly organized and delivered by DIGI-TEXX Co., Ltd. – Hậu Giang Branch in collaboration with the Technology Incubation & Innovation Support Center (ISC).

Built on a hands-on training model aligned with real business needs, the program helps learners develop professional skills, a service mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a professional environment—meeting the demands of real-world projects in the BPO industry.
Beyond strengthening local workforce capacity, the program also expands employment opportunities and contributes to sustainable economic development in Hậu Giang and the wider Mekong Delta region.
Upon completing the program, participants will:
- Receive a Certificate of Completion for the BPO Training Program, jointly issued by DIGI-TEXX and ISC.
- Gain a clear understanding of BPO workflows and become familiar with the professional culture of the BPO industry.
- Develop proficiency in typing and image processing skills.
- Be given hiring priority at DIGI-TEXX Hậu Giang.
- As well as feel confident applying to BPO companies across Vietnam.
