Đây là chương trình hỗ trợ của Đại học GeorgeTown dành riêng cho ISC nhằm định hướng cho ISC trở thành một trong những địa chỉ ươm tạo và khởi nghiệp đổi mới sáng tạo trong lĩnh vực Agtech tại khu vực đồng bằng sông Cửu Long.
