Besides shortening travel time from District 1, Ho Chi Minh City to ISC 3 hours remaining has helped ISC become an attractive location for IT businesses in the Mekong Delta region. ISC has 7 micro and small startups operating in the fields of digital content (BPO/GSS), technology for STEAM education (Edtech), technology for agriculture (Argitech). ISC officially operates from January 2024 under a 24 x 7 operating mode.
Currently, businesses are implementing many activities to attract human resources to work at ISC. It is expected that recruitment needs in 2024 will require about 400 - 450 employees and 200 - 300 employees participating in internship programs (on the job) in the fields of software development, AIoT and digital content (BPO/GSS). In order to realize the goal of turning ISC into a gateway for the digital content industry (BPO/GSS) in Vietnam, in 2024 ISC will complete 2 more office buildings to increase the scale of office space. Serving digital content businesses (BPO/GSS) reaching 5000m2 along with 10,000m2 (1 ha) implementing research and testing of biological products in agriculture.
