Within the framework of the 1st Job Fair of the information technology industry (Job Fair) 2024 at Hau Giang Digital Technology Park, ISC organized signing agreements with seven Vocational Training Centers-Continuing Education Centers (VTC-CEC) of districts and towns in Hau Giang province in order to coordinate recruitment and training of labor supply in the field of BPO/GSS.
ISC will therefore offer businesses with information pertaining to how the company plans to receive trained personnel, including recruitment requirements, salary policies, social insurance, and more. Design and implement labor training programs within organizations; Hiring employees who have successfully completed the training course will be prioritized in accordance with actual requirements. Vocational Education and Training Centers will recruit workers according to the needs of BPO/GSS businesses; Assistance with workplace and facility administration throughout the training procedure; Supervise the assessment of employees' competencies and the development of programs and textbooks.

In order to guarantee labor resources for BPO/GSS enterprises, Hau Giang province will contribute 50% of the expenses related to training for employers who have employees in the province (travel and meal costs not included). As well as funding to assist individuals with disabilities or challenging circumstances). This is one of the province of Hau Giang's special policies regarding BPO/GSS companies operating at ISC, which aims to transform ISC into the gateway to the BPO/GSS industry in Vietnam over time.
